The role is likely to be outside IR35 but the final decision will be made after a Qdos assessment
Job Description
As a Marine Project Engineer, you will be responsible for liaising and coordinating the review and evaluation of the technical content of the EPCC proposals received as part of the client's EPCC RFP process.
• Provide oversight review in all areas and coordinate responses, providing weekly feedback to the client Lead.
• Coordinate procurement: Bulks planning, bid evaluation, Subcontractor and vendor management
• Coordinate Digital Twin and Information Management
• Coordinate Regulatory Compliance; Class and USCG, BSEE requirements
• Compile the results and submit recommendation
• Provide technical Support post shortlisting to contract award
• Presentation to the client Bid Lead
REQUIREMENTS
Marine Engineer with a formal qualification
• Minimum experience of 10 years
• Ability to manage a team of discipline specialist located in local or overseas office
• Organising schedules and resources within the team to achieve required deliverables to project deadlines
• Ability to work in an office-based role
