EniProgetti is currently helping to lead Eni in the energy transition from traditional business areas with decarbonised solutions such as CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) to innovative project such as renewables, hydrogen, etc.

EniProgetti UK operates a SmartWorking policy allowing personnel to work for up to 12 working days/month from home or a similar secure location and these 12 days can be available even where personnel are on leave for a portion of the month. As such, typically around 60% of time working remotely is available for individuals who wish to take advantage of this.

Role Overview

The Project Coordination Engineer supports the Engineering Manager in the coordination and execution of engineering activities across all phases of the project. The role focuses on technical delivery, cross-discipline coordination, and ensuring compliance with standards and project requirements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Procedures, Standards and the Quality System
 Supports the Engineering Manager in ensuring the application of procedures and workflows.
 Assists in verifying compliance with standards.
 Works with HSEQ to support audits and continuous improvement.
 Identifies and reports issues requiring corrective actions.

Technical
 Contributes to the Project Coordination Engineering Execution Plan (PEEP).
 Support the EM in the coordination of engineering activities and manages specific engineering work packages.
 Oversees the engineering execution of activities, focusing on maximising value for the business
 Supports design and HSEQ reviews.
 Assists in monitoring schedules and costs.
 Contributes to risk management and change management.
 Coordinates and monitors project interfaces
 Support the Cost Estimate activities and consolidate the outcomes for the Engineering Manager

Use of Software
 Ensures Electronic Document Management System setup and proper document management aligned with corporate procedures.
 Guarantees correct implementation of digital tools and platforms.
 Support the EM with the Life Cycle Information system setup and data governance in compliance with project requirements.

Relationship Management
 Acts as engineering interface for technical matters.
 Collaborates with internal departments and external service suppliers.
 Encourages value-driven mindset across engineering activities.
Organisation, Leadership and Autonomy
 Demonstrates strong ownership of assigned tasks.
 Coordinates and provides guidance to discipline engineers.
 Supports resource planning and monitoring.
 Coordinates close out of project actions

 

Qualifications

 Proven capability in assisting the coordination of engineering execution, including planning, scheduling, progress/cost control, workload, forecasting, risk management, change management, and application of project management processes and procedures.
 Experience working in a multicultural environment, with teams based in different locations.
 Minimum of a BEng in Engineering.
 Chartered Engineer (CEng) preferred.
