Piping Lead Engineer (SP3d)

4-6 months (may extend)

The main responsibilities will be:

Management of piping engineering and layout activities for detailed engineering and construction phases of Oil & Gas project
Review of Contractor’s piping documents and layouts
Responding to technical queries
Participation in 3D model reviews
Coordination with other engineering disciplines
Coordination with Contractors’ piping specialists
Attendance at project review meetings and meetings with contractors
Working within Company ISO 9000 QA procedures.

Candidates must have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience as a Project piping lead engineer
3D model, plot plan, layouts, piping general arrangements and associated deliverables
Engineering and coordination of piping layout activities and interface with piping materials and stress
oil & gas experience preferably in a PMS role

Software Used:

Ideally candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
