Job Purpose Support Team Leader or Department Line Manager in Project coordination activities and coordinate project related specific tasks assuring the quality, the consistency and the timely execution of the engineering and non engineering activities performed both by the internal and external interfaces , Partner(s) (if any)  and the contractor team
Main responsibilities  • Project activities completion according to project plan and budget in coordination with the Project Team Leader and in line with Project objectives
• Assuring the application to project of all the relevant norms, local rules, company standards and international best practices on accident prevention and human protection, environmental impact reduction and energy efficiency                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     • Ensuring quality and consistency of project (package) definition 
Key activities  Execute supporting services & cost/budgeting control  activities for IGPM Dept. (Integrated Gas Project Development)  under instruction & supervision of IGPM Line Manager . The following main activities:
• Supporting activities for the economics elaboration and relevant  reporting of the results in power point presentation under the instruction and direction of  the IGPM UK dept. Managers                                                                                                                            • Prepare Internal IGPM Timesheet management (manhour monthly mngt per resource / WBS), and preparation of monthly reporting and supporting docs for invoicing )                                                                                                              Follow up of the updating of budget and forecast in line with Eni Spa deadlines for the IGPM infrastructural, interdivisional and/or  geographical area projects/WBS                                                                                                     • Preparation of the RCE (Request for Cost Estimate), draft of CE (Cost Estimate) , TCE (Technical Cost Estimate) and RAC (Request of WBS activation)) for the IGPM JOb Orders                                                                                                                                                                                                                        • Interfacing activities with eni SpA Milan DCM/AMRE mngt  office for the IGPM UK JO mngt (RCEs and Job Orders accruals) and SECO dept. for the follow up activities related to forecasts and budget within the deadlines                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
Reports to IGPM / GTL &GV Manager
Subordinates - Support Line Manager to run the administration and cost/budgtiung  ctl fo the IGPM dept. and with the reporting and presentations as needed for the IGPM Projects
Main Internal Interfaces - IGPM Line Managers in UK and Milan
- IGPM Team members as needed for the project reports and   presentations
- EniProgetti dept. as required
Main External Interfaces -  Eni SpA DCM/AMRE, SECO dept.
Other information ---
Education Degree in Economics possibly with Oil & Gas background
Professional Qualifications ---
Training and Courses - Oil & Gas aspects                                                                                                                                                         - Service & Project Mngt
Languages - Mandatory fluent English and Italian.
Required Experience Oil & Gas Industry experience 
Required knowledge, technical or professional skills -Experience in Oil  & Gas scenarios
-  basic knowledge of oil gas scenarios and economics calculation (cash flow, NPV, IRR,)                                                                                                                                                                                        - Cost Control/Budgeting/Forecasting background
