Senior Engineer, Offshore Pipelines

Location: Basingstoke (will be office based after lockdown)

Duration: 6 months

Start date: ASAP

IR35 Status: TBD
 
Skills and Experiences:

• Strong technical knowledge of Offshore Rigid Pipeline Engineering in all project phases (Concept to Detail design, tender, construction/testing, installation and decommissioning)
• Capacity to perform pipeline design at least up to Front End Engineering phase
• Teamwork skills and attitude are required
• Knowledge of offshore and onshore design standards (API, ISO, ASME)
• Familiar with Installation Analysis, using Orcaflex software would be beneficial
• Past Project experience (Design and/or Execution) with Oil Companies and EPCI contractors

Software knowledge : DNV suite (PET, StableLines, stc.), AutoPipe, AGA, Orcaflex
 
Qualification: Degree qualified in a relevant Engineering Discipline
