Mechanical Commissioning Engineer

11 plus years’ experience minimum

Leatherhead (potential working from home)

Energy transition project where the Pre-Feed will begin around the end of October 2021 and which in the initial phase will be for circa 4-5 months, with the full project following on.

Please advise rate sought, and availability to commit to the project from the end of October 2021 at least for the initial phase of 4-5 months.

Directs, coordinates all commissioning activities, including testing, pre-commissioning and start up efforts, for facilities being constructed. Performs commissioning of new facilities and retro-commissioning of existing facilities. Plans, schedules and executes detailed phases of the commissioning activities. Conducts design reviews, prepares commissioning oversight reports, participates in the establishment of testing and commissioning check sheet. Participates in the design reviews and has experience of commissioning / start-up of CCGT Power Plants and CCUS capture plants. Evaluates project submittals for consistency of design intent. Can provide discipline specific input (electrical, C&I and mechanical)
