ADNOC PMC Project for a circa 20 month contract role that has an immediate start 

£18ph INSIDE IR35 - PAYE / Umbrella 

The role is inside IR35 and will need to be advertised as such and the role is based on 5 days a week in the FEED contractors office near Staines.

he Administrative Specialist is to form part of the ADNOC PMC team for an onshore LNG FEED.
As Administrative Specialist you are to provide a PMC oversight and guidance service to ADNOC for the FEED of a greenfield LNG production facility

Provide administrative and/or secretarial support to a department or project.

Typical duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Responsibilities may be unique to a specific function or department such as Procurement or Engineering, but are mainly administrative in nature.

Under fairly close supervision, works to complete defined tasks in accordance with standard procedures requiring some knowledge of general office procedures. Must be proactive, articulate, and with an eye for detail.

Supports general business operations by providing administrative support activities. Basic oral, numerate and written skills are required. Detailed understanding and use of Microsoft tools including word, excel and power point

The skills acquired for this job are typically acquired through a high school diploma.
Experience of working on prior ADNOC or other middle east based clients projects would be an advantage
