Admin Assistant on an LNG FEED Project for a circa 6 month contract role that has an immediate start.
The role will be based on 5 days a week in the KBR Offices in Leatherhead.
Provide administrative and/or secretarial support to a KBR client resident in the Leatherhead offices.
Typical duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Responsibilities may be unique to a specific function or department such as Procurement or Engineering, but are mainly administrative in nature.
Under fairly close supervision, works to complete defined tasks in accordance with standard procedures requiring some knowledge of general office procedures. Must be proactive, articulate, and with an eye for detail.
Supports general business operations by providing administrative support activities. Basic oral, numerate and written skills are required. Detailed understanding and use of Microsoft tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
The skills acquired for this job are typically acquired through a high school diploma.
