A Weight Control Engineer is required as part of the Basingstoke technical team, to support ENI’s engineering activities in existing and new offshore structures projects, both for conventional O&G, renewable and carbon capture initiatives. The candidate will collaborate as a valuable resource of the Project team into the definition and monitoring of weight for offshore facilities, including but not limited to being responsible for the compilation of weight control report and weight control database of jacket, deck and foundations systems. The candidate shall have experience for all design phases (conceptual, FEED, execution, T&I, de-commissioning) and will work on both greenfield and brownfield developments. |
The candidate must be highly experienced in weight control activities in all design conditions, and conversant with the principal design codes and standards (ISO 19901-5). Being familiar with weight trends and weight typical expected values and being conversant with other disciplines standards and design processes would be a major advantage for this position.
