- Applicant must have BSc / Meng / MSc in mechanical engineering - Chartered Engineer preferred.
- About 10+ years of Rotating/Packaged Equipment related experience in Energy / Oil and Gas / LNG EPC Industry.
- In depth knowledge of rotating/packaged equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, water treatment) and electric motors.
- Strong background with API 610 Centrifugal pumps and API 617 Centrifugal Compressors and gas seal systems. Experience with Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, and reciprocating compressors is beneficial.
- Strong working knowledge of industry codes and standards such as ASME, API, etc. as related to the equipment responsible for.
- Experience with field installation / commissioning activities for rotating/packaged equipment is preferred.
- Experience participating in model reviews and equipment walkdown at vendor’s shop. Coordinate with other disciplines, vendor and client to resolve comments resulting from model reviews and equipment walkdowns.
- Broad knowledge of the application of Engineering to plant constructability as applied to construction methods and materials.
