   Description of Project/Role and Main Responsibilities A Senior Engineer, HSE is required to act as the execution phase HSE focal point on behalf of the client to ensure full regulatory compliance of contractors during demolition and construction and act as the EPC focal point.
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Review of EPC documentation
 HSE reporting
 Overview of site personnel during demolition and construction
 

· Ensuring compliance with all permit commitment and conditions
 Stakeholder engagement
 Client rep under CDM regulations
 Interface between contractor and client
 Review and approve RAMS
 
 
Candidate’s qualifications, professional experience and skills required for the position
· Experience of working within a TCPA/DCO project
 PLANC experience
 CDM experience
 Site HSE demolition and construction project experience
 EPC
 Site audits
 Stakeholder engagement
 Contractor management
 Contaminated land experience
 BCs in environmental or safety discipline or equivalent

SmartWorking (Hybrid Working)
EniProgetti UK operates a SmartWorking policy allowing personnel to work for up to 12 working days/month from home or a similar secure UK location and these 12 days can be available even where personnel are on leave for a portion of the month. As such, typically around 60% of time working remotely is available for individuals who wish to take advantage of this.
