Jobspec
The candidate will be part of the UK Materials & Corrosion team and will take the lead role in a FEED project for the upgrading of an existing Onshore Gas Treatment & Compression facility in Africa.
The role requires the discipline leading for the Project including but not limited to:
1. project discipline management
planning of discipline activities and deliverables, forecasting, etc.
contributing to general Project docs as design basis, SoW, etc.
periodical reporting of progress
2. generation of deliverables for the following:
Material Selection & Corrosion Control (all systems & structures)
Welding & NDT
Painting & Coating, Insulation & Fireproofing
Corrosion Management (inhibitors, monitoring, etc.)
Cathodic Protection
Risk Based Inspection (RBI)
Inspection Data Management System (IDMS)
3. working with other disciplines, supporting their deliverables:
Interface with Electrical – For any ICCP system
Interface with Instruments – Material Selection/Painting
Interface with Pipelines – Material Selection/Welding/NDT/Painting
Interface with Piping – Fluid List/Material selection/Welding/NDT/Painting
Interface with Process – Equipment Summary/Fluid List
Interface with Structures – Material Selection/Welding/NDT/painting
Qualifications
Experience with Materials & Corrosion requirements for an Onshore Gas Treatment Facility.
Knowledge of Eni Working Practices, Standards & software tools (ECE or others) would be an advantage.
Relevant Materials & Corrosion Degree
