Organization, Planning & Compliance Manager
To support the organisation , planning and compliance office in the daily activities, mainly focusing in organisation and planning activities.
|Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- To support the design and development of organisational structures, in line with the organisational models
- Updating of company organisational structure
- Work on company jobspecs and organise JD Database
- Supervise and maintain/update company intranet
- Support the preparation of HR manpower planning, budget, four year plan, and quarter forecast.
- Prepare reports for HR department and external stakeholders
- To ensure adherence to company’s regulatory instruments and standards.
