administrators to work in Basingstoke.

We have two roles for competent administrators to work  in Basingstoke.

Please advise which role is most suitable and advise on the rate you seek along with your availability. Thansks
1st role
Project Engineering & Project Management Department
Due to an increase in workload, we require someone
  • To administer the online timesheet system (a critical tool in our own costing and billing processes). 
  • To act as a support to the Manager of Project Engineering and Project Management in the preparation of Monthly Project review presentations. 
  • Other administration duties , as directed.
2nd Role
  • QHSE Department.
    To provide administrative assistance and support to the department during a “rebadging” project of Company procedures for a sister ENI Company.
  • Other administration duties , as directed.
Essential skills for both roles:
  • Ability to focus on the detail whilst performing routine tasks.
  • Computer literate.
  • Resilience
  • Duration – to at least the end of 2016. 
  • To start ASAP.
  • 40 hours week.
