£16.50ph INSIDE IR35 – PAYE / Umbrella

The role scope extends to: Framework, Policy, Process, Procedure, Guideline, Form templates for both KBS Maritime business and the Team Portsmouth Infrastructure team (comprising KBS Maritime Delivery Teams and the MOD client).

Role Purpose 
  • New MS Word templates as above, fully integrated with custom properties and KBS Maritime styles into the Team Portsmouth Infrastructure Joint Management System SharePoint repository.
  • The migration of all existing BMS documents on to the new templates (~500 files).
  • New business MS Word templates for general business use.
Role Responsibilities
As part of delivering this role, you will typically be:
  • Supporting the configuration of SharePoint 2016 & SharePoint 365 to drive document content labelling.
  • Amending BMS document custom properties for SharePoint integration.
  • Amending BMS document paragraph Styles for consistency with new template design.
  • Amending BMS document headers & footers for consistency with new template design.
  • Amending BMS document section breaks for consistency with new template design.
  • Amending BMS document cover sheets for consistency with new template design.
  • Amending document content structures for consistency with new template design.
  • Amending BMS document IDs and cross-references to other BMS documents.
  • Amending document content structures for consistency with new template design.
                                       
Key Experience: (Who is the ideal applicant?)
To succeed, you will ideally have:
  • Experience developing and configuring MS Word Styles and Custom Properties.
  • Experience setting up MS Word ßà SharePoint integrations.
  • A highly precise and methodical approach to document production.
  • Similar experience with MS PowerPoint would be beneficial.
  • Similar experience with MS Excel would be beneficial.
  • Similar experience with Adobe Acrobat would be beneficial.

Qualifications & Memberships:
You must hold:
• Or have held or be eligible to apply for security clearance.
 
You should hold:
• Certification as an advanced MS Word user
