EniProgetti is currently helping to lead Eni in the energy transition from traditional business areas with decarbonised solutions such as CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) to innovative project such as renewables, hydrogen, etc.
The office is a landmark feature on Basing View in central Basingstoke, with ample free parking and only a five-minute walk from the mainline railway station.

EniProgetti UK operates a SmartWorking policy allowing personnel to work for up to 12 working days/month from home or a similar secure location and these 12 days can be available even where personnel are on leave for a portion of the month. As such, typically around 60% of time working remotely is available for individuals who wish to take advantage of this.

Role Overview
An Engineer, HSEQ is required to support the activities of the HSEQ department within EniProgetti UK and other Eni companies. In this varied role you will deal with people at all levels of the organisation, so excellent communication and personal skills are essential. 

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
  • Contribute to the HSEQ department activities including:
  1. Support the engineering project for what concern the Project Quality Management System
  2. Support other Eni companies on HSE Management Systems
  3. Support the monitoring of compliance with corporate and project QHSE requirements and locally applicable rules and regulations. 
  4. Support the execution of audits to management systems standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. 
  5. Assist with corporate reporting for EPUK and other Eni companies.
  6. Support the alignment of procedures with corporate requirements.
  • Provide administrative support within the department when required such as assistance with Company Library and Archive and procurement process for QHSE department.
  • Support to General Services relevant to HSE compliance of the building.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Knowledge of QHSE systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of maintaining and operating management systems to the guiding standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Power Point and Excel skills.
  • Trained auditor for at least one of the following accreditations: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 (desirable).
  • Experience working in the Energy sector (desirable).
  • QHSE Project support experience (desirable). 
  • Working knowledge of UK law and regulation (desirable).
  • Familiarity with Facilities / Building Maintenance activities would be advantageous. 
  • Strong ability to maintain accurate and reliable records.
  • Excellent and effective prioritising skills, whilst remaining focused on each area of responsibility.
  • Ability and keenness to work as part of a team and to learn on the job.
  • Adaptability, self-motivation and agility.
  • Excellent communication and personal skills, dealing with people at all organisation levels.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
  • Educated to Degree level, ideally in a relevant subject such as Engineering or Quality Management. 
  • Professional accreditations would be advantageous.
