Establish budgets and track compliance and deviations
Analyze cost, progress, and performance indicators
Earned vs planned
Committed vs budget
Analyze trends & forecast to-go
Lead the change management process including capturing and documenting changes
Develop and monitor contingency drawdown plans
Develop and maintain cash flow projections
