Underground Services Engineer

To develop and design underground services systems both for onshore locations and for man made islands. The plant types will be gas processing, drilling plants and accommodation centres.
The candidate must be an experienced underground drainage engineer with minimum of 10 years experience in the petrochemical industry and shall have previous work experience for which they were responsible for the conceptual design and detailed design of layout and detailing of drainage systems (including flooded drainage systems), sizing of first flush interceptors, drainage ponds, soakaways and preparation of associated schematics and calculations.
The candidate will be responsible for early preparation of earthworks design, co-ordination with geotechnical team and plant layout, co-ordination of all underground systems within their assigned plants (including cable trenches, pressurized systems).
The candidate will be experienced with:-
reading P&IDs (to determine connection to u/g systems)
process equipment and expected equipment connections to drainage systems
relevant industry standards and able to use industry-standard software, in particular MicroStation and WinDes.
The candidate will also lead, co-ordinate and schedule a team of civil designers
